WS-30

he WS-30 is an hazardous area compliant device whom function is to constantly monitor the weight of the collected sample and it is designed to work seamlessly with the whole Autocontrol sampling systems range. The assembly, built to be compliant with the requirements of an hazardous area environment, is composed by the weighing platform, the safe area intrinsically safe interface and, optionally, by a power supply. All the above is supplied installed in appropriate EEx-d box, suitable to be interfaced with an external sampling system.
The sampling system can be equipped with up to four WS-30 weighing systems.
The WS-30 weighing platform is designed as a stand-alone sub system, easy to calibrate and built with the most modern weight transmitters and safety devices in order to provide the most accurate linearity signal and the higher accuracy.
When interfaced with an Autocontrol controller the weight is red digitally, exploiting in this way the maximum accuracy thanks to a reduced number of analogic conversions across the acquisition chain.
The “off centre” type mono-cell allows to obtain always a precise measurement even with an unbalanced weight on the platform.
The main benefits of adding a WS-30 to a sampling system are the followings:
Possibility to compute a Performance Factor of the sampling operation, as required by API8.2, ISO3171 and ASTMD4177 standards.
Real time monitoring of the sampling system performances, with the possibility to detect any sampling problems in early stage.

SAMPLE MIXERS

For an accurate sampling ISO 3171, API chapter 8.2 and IP part IV section 2 recommend the use of portable receivers as the most reliable solution to maintain the integrity of the collected sample at any times in the exact same representative state as in the pipeline.

SR-20 and SR-10 sample receivers are suitable for the storage and handling of the crude oil and refined product samples. They are designed to meet the needs for more accurate sub-sampling and sampling draw-off for water cut analysis when used in conjunction with the Laboratory Mixer.

The LM Mixers comply with the ISO 3171, IP part VI-2, and API 8-2 Standards

CB55E

The CB55E Control Box is designed to correctly and safely operate the Electrical samplers series provided by Autocontrol.
It’s the perfect companion to the electrical samplers.
Operating the sampler with all the necessary electrical safety features, it provides protection to both the
operator and the electrical sampler.
The sampling probe’s motor unit is power supplied via a solid state relay, for long lasting operation and quick
ON/OFF operation mode necessary to correctly operate the sampling probe.
The magnetic/thermal protection of the motor is ensured by a dedicated automatic circuit breaker.
The activation time is safety limited to diagnostic also the limit switch failure.
Local operation it is possible by a manual grab button, while remote activation is managed by a digital signal input.
Garb signal and a cumulative alarm are provided as feedback.

CS55

The CS55 is designed for use with 1” to 3” lines and it is suitable to be mounted directly on the bypass line of a Fast Loop sampling system or everywhere a sampling operation for fiscal transfer and quality control is required.
The cell grab sampler allows for a true isokinetic and representative sample extraction of the flowing product from a bypass fast loop line, yielding the most reliable, accurate and repeatable results in its use as part of an on-line sampling system.
It is suitable for the collection of a wide range of liquid samples from light refined products to crude oils and heated oils.
With its unique grab collection head design, the CS55 is the most versatile, accurate and reliable Sampler extractor available.
With each actuation of the sampler the piston collection head is compressed. This causes the sample grab isolation, the vanishing of the chamber in the collection head and the consequent complete voiding of product reducing any
dead volume to irrelevant quantity inside the sampler. This triple action allows for improving accuracy and collecting a truly representative sample. It insures that each new sample grab will be representative of what is really flowing through the pipeline at any instant.
This design allows CS55 liquid cell sampler to extract the product from the fast loop line and to pump it past the in-line relief valve into the sample collection container giving accurate sampling regardless of variations in pipeline pressure or fluid viscosity

PS55ERA

The PS55ERA, insertion grab Sampler Probe allows for a true isokinetic and representative sample extraction of the flowing product from a tansfer pipeline, yielding the most reliable, accurate and repeatable results in its use as part of an on-line sampling system.
Available in standard and high pressure versions, it is suitable for the collection of a wide range of liquid samples from light refined products to crude oils and heated oils.
The PS55ERA is designed for use with 6” to 40” pipelines and it is suitable to be inserted into the area of the pipeline required in the operating standards ISO 3171, API 8.2, IP 6.2.
This style of sampler probe has the added benefit of being able to be inserted and withdrawn from the pipeline, by installing it through an isolation valve, without having to fully depressurize the line.
In case of pipeline high pressure, the PS55ERA sampler probe can be inserted and retracted from the pipeline by means of Autocontrol Hydraulic Extractor under pressure conditions
The PS55ERA Sampler Probe is Electrically Actuated and shall be coupled with the CB55E Control Box Unit.

PS55RA

The PS55RA insertion grab Sampler Probe allows for a true isokinetic and representative sample extraction of the product flaming in a fast loop, yielding the most reliable, accurate and repeatable results in its use as part of an on-line sampling system.
Available in several versions, to adapt to most of the existing line sizes and ratings, it is suitable for the collection of a wide range of liquid samples from light refined products to crude oils and heated oils.
With its unique grab collection head design, the PS55RA is the most versatile, accurate and reliable Sampler Probe available.

DY-MIX system

Our Dy-Mix system is the incarnation of a Dynamic Mixer.
This device is tailored to meet the plant requirements of the end user. Available for lines with diameters of up to 60″, the system is accurately sized to generate enough power to correctly mix the pipeline content.
it can be used together with an in line sampling system or combined with a fast loop circuit and cell sampler.
The system can be supplied with two redundant pumps for reducing the maintenance downtime to zero, allowing it to operate with one of the two pumps.
Unlike Static Mixers devices, virtually no pressure drop is introduced into the main pipeline.
Moreover, our engineers designed the Dy Mix system with the most advanced multiphysics Finite Element Method and CAD tools: the result is the real guarantee of the mixing effect and control of the characteristics such as persistence of turbulence. This exclusive Autocontrol system really makes
the difference. In addition to the previous considerations, the large sample-intake opening maximizes accuracy and minimizes uncertainty during sample separation, allowing to obtain the most representative sample.
The investment return is very quick:
the great accuracy in detecting water in oil is so high that the price of the system and its power consumption is recovered in no time at all.
